Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of PKROM Khata, a service provided by PKROM Software Hub ("PKROM", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts and authorized users

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and ensure that only authorized people use your business account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

2. Service use

PKROM Khata provides tools for business records, stock, sales, invoices, purchases, expenses, cashbook functions and backups. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of information entered and for reviewing reports before relying on them.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, overload infrastructure, or attempt to bypass account, subscription or security controls.

4. Subscriptions, trials and payments

Plan features, trial periods, prices and billing terms shown at signup or purchase form part of these Terms. Access may be limited, suspended or ended when a trial or paid period expires or a payment fails. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at purchase, fees already paid are not refundable for a partially used billing period.

5. Your data and backups

You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant PKROM the limited permission necessary to host, process, secure and back up that data to provide the service. Google Drive backup is optional and requires the user's authorization.

Backups reduce risk but do not replace the user's responsibility to verify important records, securely retain the recovery key and maintain any additional copies required for the business.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, hosting failures, third-party services, connectivity or events outside our control may affect access. We may improve, update or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to protect active users.

7. Intellectual property

PKROM Khata software, branding, design and documentation belong to PKROM Software Hub or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service during an authorized account period.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breach, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, or misuse. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." PKROM is not a licensed accounting, tax or legal adviser. You should obtain professional advice where appropriate. PKROM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by inaccurate input, unauthorized account use, third-party services or failure to keep recovery information secure.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
